The following 2024 Street Improvement Project payment schedules were adopted by the City Council at their meeting on March 26, 2024.

If you do not pay your assessment by November 15, 2024, the assessment amount will be certified to your Scott County property taxes. The payment schedules below show the details of the payment schedule for single family homes and for townhomes.

Subject to merchant fees paid by resident
2.95% transaction fee plus $1.95 minimum fee, which equates to $42.81 for Single Family Property or $32.59 for Townhome Property

Certify to Your Property Taxes – If not paid by November 15, 2024
Any assessment amounts not paid by November 15, 2024, will be certified with interest to Scott County for inclusion on your property tax installments over a five-year period beginning in 2025.
