2024 Final Assessment Payment Schedules
The following 2024 Street Improvement Project payment schedules were adopted by the City Council at their meeting on March 26, 2024.

Any assessment amounts not paid by November 15, 2024 were certified with interest to Scott County for inclusion on your property tax installments over a five-year period beginning in 2025. The payment schedules below show the details for single family homes and for townhomes.

2024 Assessment Payment Options
After certification, the 2025 installment of principal and interest must be paid with the 2025 property tax statement to Scott County; payoffs of remaining balances are payable to the City of Prior Lake until November 3, 2025.
