The following 2024 Street Improvement Project payment schedules were adopted by the City Council at their meeting on March 26, 2024.

2024 Assessment Payment Options
Payment options for the assessment are as follows:
Prepay With No Interest – You may make full payment of your assessment with no interest until November 15, 2024.
If you would like to make a full assessment payment to the City of Prior Lake, please make check payable to City of Prior Lake and include the property address and/or property ID number in the memo line. Checks may be mailed or delivered in person to:

Prior Lake, MN 55372Partial Payment – You may make partial payment of your assessment with no interest until November 15, 2024. Any remaining assessment balance will be certified with interest to Scott County for inclusion on your property tax installments over a five-year period beginning in 2025.
