2024 Restoration Update
Irrigation System Repairs: the contractor expects to wrap up repairs around mid-August 2024.
Grass Reseeding: where needed, reseeding is expected in September/October 2024, when temperatures are more conducive to seeding.
Construction schedules are impacted by weather and other factors and we appreciate your patience.

Neighborhood Meeting at City Hall
Tuesday, March 26, 2024, 6:00pm-7:00pm
Prior to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting, City Staff and the City’s consultant engineer will hold a brief Neighborhood Meeting for residents. Staff will be available to answer questions about the proposed special assessments and will also have copies of the project plans available for viewing.

This will be an informal opportunity to meet with City staff and the City’s consultant engineer to discuss the project. Following the Open House, a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held at the City Council Meeting, that same evening at 7:00pm.
Tuesday, April 18, 2023 | Neighborhood Meeting
The 2024-2025 Street Improvement Project has been identified within the City’s 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan, in accordance with the City’s overall Pavement Management Plan. Streets within the Wilds Development will receive surface improvements in 2024, and Wilds Parkway will receive a full reconstruction in 2025 (see map).
